Who and What to Believe.

When it comes to "what is good for us", the answer is quite elusive.
New studies come out every day, that change what we KNEW as true facts. Remenber when we were told not to use butter or olive oil? Margarine and Corn Oil were kings. Now we know that those transfats are poison to our systems. Transfats increase our LDL (bad) cholesterol and decrease our HDL (good cholesterol). This is just one of hundreds of examples.

Today we have Superfoods. Is that word overused? How do we get through all the information on the web and figure out what is really good for us? Most websites and newsletters that address health related issues are trying to sell us something. I am a raw foodist in the quest for TRUTH. I have no interest in selling anything. I'll post links to great articles, and also information on places I've found that are selling quality Organic and Raw products, whether locally or through the internet.
